Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped within 24 hrs of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.
Standard Shipping: We normally ship in stock items within 2 to 4 business days. Orders that come in after business hours will be processed the next business day. Weekend or holiday orders are processed the next business day.
Priority Shipping: Priority shipping is available on many items, for an additional fee. Select the priority mail checkbox during the checkout procedure, if you are interested in faster shipping upon item availability. NOTE: Due to postal limitations, priority mail is not available everywhere. We recommend using it only for items being sent to a U.S. zip code address.
Out of Stock Items: If an ordered item is not in stock we will contract you via email and give you an estimated ship date for your order. At that time you will have the following options:
1. Choose another item
2. Cancel the order
3. Wait for the original item. If you choose to wait for an out of stock item, you can specify if the entire order will be shipped together or broken into separate shipments. If separate shipments are requested, shipping and handling fees will be applied to the delayed item once it is processed.
Shipping & Handling Fees
The fee is $6.50 for the first item, and an additional $.50 for each additonal item. This shipping is not insured or trackable. It does come with a delivery confirmation, which proves if it was delivered. If you would like orders insured that can be purchased separately.
Insurance. Select this option if you wish to insure the package. The cost is $2.20 for value up to $100.00. Please E-Mail me if more than $500.00 of coverage is needed.
International shipping charges and fees will be quoted separately. Please email us at customerservice@prettyladylingerie.com with item numbers, name, US prices, quantities, ship to address, and currency conversion to receive a shipping and handling charge quote.
Return Policy
Various state health laws prohibit the return of intimate items that have been worn or washed. Please promptly inspect all items upon receipt for correctness of order (size and color) or for any damage/defect. All merchandise is guaranteed from defects .We do size or defective merchandise exchanges only. We do not do returns. No exchanges accepted after 21 days.
Return procedure:
Contact us via email, customerservice@prettyladylingerie.com for a Return Tracking Verification Number.
We will promptly process your return and send a confirmation email including your RTV#.
Each item returned must be in its original wrapping/shipping condition: unused, unworn, with all tags and labels intact.
Upon return we will exchange the item for the correct item or, if returned for damage/defect, send another item of the same style, color, and size.
Buyer will be responsible for return-shipping charges, however shipment of new/replacement items will be free.
We reserve the right to cancel an order that is received with omitted or inaccurate information after we have made an attempt to obtain the information.
If your return is deemed a fault of our company or if you receive a defective item you will receive a 10% discount on your next order to defray the shipping costs you incur.
